Satun

Located on the west coast of the peninsula, Satun borders the Andaman Sea. Tarutao Marine National Park is located 30 km from the coast, near the Malaysian border. A group of 51 small islands encircles the area, including whales and dolphins and thousands of colorful coral fish. The wild forests here are the habitats of monkeys and wild boars.
